2010年から「ミシュランガイド京都・大阪・神戸版」にて星を獲得している、懐石割烹「なが坂」の 店舗紹介リーフレット を制作しました。
撮影からコピーライティングまで一貫して担当し、料理の美しさと繊細さを最大限に引き立てることを意識。紙面構成では余白やレイアウトに配慮し、料理が主役として際立つようデザインしています。料理写真についても、光や角度を吟味し、食材の艶やかな質感や季節感が伝わる表現を心がけました。

また、撮影した写真はInstagramなどのデジタル媒体でも使用できるように仕上げ、店舗の広報活動全般に役立つビジュアル資産として活用いただいています。

We created a store introduction leaflet for Kaiseki Kappo Nagasaka, which has been awarded a Michelin star in the Michelin Guide Kyoto, Osaka, Kobe since 2010.
From photography to copywriting, we handled the entire process with a focus on highlighting the beauty and delicacy of the cuisine. In the layout design, we focused on clean margins and simple composition so that the dishes stand out. For the photography, we carefully adjusted lighting and angles to capture the freshness, texture, and seasonality of the ingredients.

In addition, the photographs taken were also prepared for use on digital platforms such as Instagram, serving as versatile visual assets that support the restaurant’s overall promotional activities.
